THE PROPERTY
The main house has four B&B suites, each with its own private entrance, kitchenette and views overlooking the jungle. An owner's suite is attached, equipped with a chef’s kitchen, a private patio, and two bedrooms.
An infinity pool overlooks the property. Across from the pool is a private cottage with some of the best views of the property. This suite is perfect as a long-term rental for digital nomads or a secluded honeymoon.
Next to the main house is a restaurant and a multipurpose space, currently an art gallery and gift shop, that can host special events.
There are few public access paths to the base of Lake Arenal—Toucan Lane guests are directly beside one of them. Beautiful land filled with wildlife surrounds the path to the lake, where guests can fish, paddleboard, and kayak.
WELCOME TO THE BOUTIQUE
BED & BREAKFAST
Recently renovated, four guest suites each have a private entrance and feature local art and handmade furniture. Two second floor rooms have a deck that overlooks the property, while the two ground level rooms walk out to the infinity pool. Even more secluded, a honeymoon cottage sits beside the main house.
THE RESTAURANT
As a veteran expert in both the front and back of house, David will transform this space into one of the most desired restaurant experiences in the region. Currently open for breakfast and lunch, the 40-seat restaurant serves locals and tourists with incredible views of Lake Arenal. Guests often see hummingbirds, iguanas, toucans, and other wildlife.
COME TO THE TABLE
With a fully equipped kitchen—including full range, griddle, professional grade fryers, and a pizza oven—the restaurant has the capacity to support a full dinner service and special events.
ART GALLERY & GIFT SHOP

ENDLESS OPPORTUNITY
On each trip we take, we select art and objects made by hand to bring home and tell a story. This shop will allow us to help fellow travelers do the same. Virginia will cultivate relationships with individual artists and sellers from the region, creating a mutually beneficial experience for travelers and the local community.
